Becoming a Wholesale Customer is easy.

Download and fill out our application form and fax it in. Once your account is approved we'll e-mail you your username and password and our wholesale order form that you can use to fax in your orders. While we happily accept faxed in orders, we prefer that wholesale customers utilize our online shopping cart.

Ordering online is fast easy and secure.

Confirmed wholesale customers will automatically receive the wholesale discount at checkout. Confirmed distributor customers will automatically receive the distributor discount at checkout.

CONSUMER ORDERING:

Orders can be placed via phone, fax, email or mail. Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours - F.O.B. Frederick, MD. Minimum order is 2 bottles. Shipping is calculated by the amount of purchase. Payment can be made by credit card or prepay with a check or money order via mail.

WHOLESALE ORDERING/TERMS:

Upon credit approval, Net 15 is available. Please contact our office for a credit application. Before credit approval, payment choices are by credit card, C.O.D. with credit card on file, C.O.D./M.O. or by prepaying via mail. Products are Julian-dated showing manufacturing date.
